Shipping policy

TURNAROUND TIME - Since all items are made-to-order, there is a 7-10 business day turnaround time for completion before it gets shipped out.

SHIPPING - The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

All orders being shipped out automatically come with a tracking number. Local pickup is also available at checkout.

Your package will be shipped to the address provided at the time of checkout, so please ensure that it's entered correctly. If your package is returned to us due to the address being incomplete/incorrect, the additional shipping charge will be the responsibility of the buyer and the order will not be shipped out until the payment is made.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? - We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

SHIPPING DELAYS - Orders get shipped out once/week during the non-holidays and twice/week during the holiday rush. Once your order has been shipped out and in the possession of the postal system, it is no longer my responsibility if there are any delays. Other factors, like placing an order on a weekend or a bank holiday, may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. If it has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, the responsibility lies within your local post office, so please contact them for assistance.

DUTIES - Any taxes, duties, tariffs and customs fees imposed by your country will be your responsibility to pay.
