Refund policy

Due to the custom/made-to-order nature of this product, no exchanges or refunds will be provided, but please feel free to contact me if there is anything wrong with your order.

All items are made-to-order with a 7-10 business day turnaround time required for completion before it gets shipped out.

DAMAGES / ISSUES - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

TNDCanada is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages. If you do feel that your package is lost or delayed, it is your responsibility to contact either your local postal office or courier, depending on how it was shipped. If your think that your order is missing or has been stolen, please contact your local authorities to file a police record for stolen mail. Once that has been shown, the order can either be refunded or resent

DUTIES - Any taxes, duties, tariffs and customs fees imposed by your country will be your responsibility to pay.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
